In 2010, Case Construction, large machines automaker Fiat Group, had developed an innovative pilot project in its segment: Case Care. A unique software of post-sales relationship that integrated factory and customers through a gateway.
Due to the success the project has become a brand differentiation in the market. But it had to be rewritten to be robust and achieve expectations of many interested customers.
It was then that the Criasol took over the development, maintenance, evolution and system support. Today the project is in its 4th version with expanded coverage for entire Case network. Using several technologies and interfaces the system integrates real-time data factory, dealers and customers from before and post sales including maintenance and services running on machines.
